On August 5, our partner Bernardo Bertelloni attended the AmCham Energy Forum 2025, held at the Alvear Icon Hotel in Buenos Aires. The event brought together more than 600 leaders from the public and private sectors.
Under the theme “Argentina Competitive in the Global Energy Matrix”, the forum provided a valuable space to discuss the country’s energy future, the infrastructure required for growth, and the opportunities for integration with international markets.
Among the keynote speakers were Mr. Ricardo Ferreiro, Sub-Secretary of Environment; Mr. Daniel González, Deputy Minister of Economy; Mr. Damián Sanfilippo, Sub-Secretary of Electric Power; along with governors from several oil-producing provinces.
Key topics included Vaca Muerta as a driver of exports, energy efficiency and competitiveness, financing, the transition to clean energy, and sustainability.
